Restaurant Assistant Manager Metropolitain (day-time)
Metropolitain is looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager (day-time) with a passion for hospitality, to join our hardworking team. We are a busy café serving all day breakfast and brunch in the heart of Amsterdam. Metropolitain is 1 out of 3 departments within Bar Italia, so you’ll be joining a very big and fun team.

- You have relevant experience as a restaurant manager
- You are social, flexible and strong in your communication

- You know how to motivate your Metropolitain team every day and give them the opportunity to further develop themselves
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Building, leading and motivating the team
- Maintaining the high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- Monitoring and maintaining all training is up to date i.e. health and safety, HAACP and Service Standards
- Send daily reports to senior management
- Planning rosters and staffing within budget
- Running an effective recruitment process
